This position assesses and develops documents, reference materials and process-based communications to support the launch and sustained use of HR programs, policies and projects. The role will focus on ensuring the success of the HR function through the clarity and completeness of resource materials provided to end users including associates, managers and HR team members.

The position is a member of the HR Project Management Office which supports strategic initiatives and project management for the HR function.

Accountabilities:

  • Develop content including quick reference guides, tool-kits and templates for HR initiatives and processes to enable the targeted audience to understand goals and actions

  • Perform gap assessments across the information provided to end users, with a focus on creating a clear, complete and accurate suite of materials that is developed and maintained.

  • Review materials and content from the perspective of a global audience – considering primary languages,

required knowledge and usage goals/needs.

  • Participate in HR projects and program design to ensure resource and informational materials are developed

that address change management, program utilization and sustainability.

  • Create and maintain a governance model to keep the published resource and reference material for the

HR function up-to-date including documentation published on the company’s HR portal – identify and implement improvement opportunities.

  • Partner with key stakeholders including Global Communications and HR leadership to enable the finalization and delivery of a holistic and sustained communication solution supporting HR programs.

  • Develop a deep understanding of the company’s HR systems, programs and data. Incorporate these considerations into ongoing resource materials.

  • Anticipate and resolve issues and barriers – managing appropriate escalation as needed – to ensure assigned

objectives are completed on time and within agreed parameters.

  • Support Global Communications team members on HR communications projects when needed.

Position Requirements:

Experience Required:

  • A university degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field is preferred. Experience in lieu may be considered on an exception basis.

  • Minimum of two (2) years of process development/assessment and communication experience within a corporate

environment. Experience with Human Resources programs in a global or multi-regional context is preferred.

  • Writing and editing experience.

  • Knowledge of foundational HR data, systems and processes.

  • Strong capabilities with core software including Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint or equivalent programs.

  • Demonstrated experience partnering at multiple organizational levels and across remote teams.

  • Comfortable working with foreign business environments, values diversity and must have strong interpersonal skills and cultural sensitivity.

  • Demonstrated ability to operate in a hands-on environment, yet see the big picture on a global basis.
