Position Description:

Principal Accountabilities

As a direct report to the Manager, Financial Reporting, the Senior Financial Analyst is responsible for providing the necessary support to the financial reporting function. Specific responsibilities of the Senior Financial Analyst include, but are not limited to, the following:

· Assist in preparing annual reports on Form 10-K and quarterly reports on Form 10-Q, footnotes and MD&A for large, complex, multinational manufacturing company

· Compile quarterly and annual footnote and MD&A documentation and support

· Review XBRL documents for accuracy, consistency and completeness of data tagging

· Prepare detailed financial analysis of consolidated financial information, including researching and explaining significant variances, for large, complex multinational company, as well as coordinate fluctuation analyses by each Division

· Assist in researching and documenting accounting disclosure requirements

· Interact with external auditors and compliance teams

· Compile financial statements of peer group for Return-On-Net-Assets comparisons

· Assist in accounting support of Investor Relations, including earnings releases and conference calls with investors and analysts

· Assist in preparation of quarterly management reports

· Prepare reporting for governmental entities, as required on an annual, quarterly or monthly basis

· Prepare other ad-hoc analysis and special projects, as requested

Position Requirements:

Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance

· 2+ years of “Big 4” experience auditing public companies or a combination of 2+ years of “Big 4” experience auditing public companies and industry SEC reporting

· CPA or current CPA candidate required

· Attention to detail and accuracy with the ability to package and present information in an effective and efficient manner to Corporate Finance Management

· Able to multi-task in high pressure, time-constrained situations

· Knowledge and experience in financial reporting requirements for SEC registrants

· Strong oral and written communication skills

· Strong PC skills including Windows and Microsoft Office products, especially Excel, and knowledge of SAP BPC and Workiva software is preferred, but not required

· Able to work autonomously; judgment to involve Manager when needed

· Ability to work extended, non-traditional hours as needed during peak periods such as quarter-end reporting and year-end reporting

· Exposure to XBRL preferred, but not required
