Manage Thailand Sales team to meet and/or exceed annual sales targets
Lead Thailand sales team to develop Thailand market and further establish new customer accounts.
Engage and partner with internal customers in achieving and/or exceed the sales target.
Management of all existing routes to market including recommendations for change where appropriate.
Well versed and stay up to date with all Flowserve products, organization and market development relating to the responsible product lines.
Negotiate commercially in the best interest of the Company.
Organize and ensure regular communications and visits are met with key customers in the designated territory
Lead, coach and mentor sales team members
Talent development and succession planning for the sales team
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, preferably Mechanical Engineering
Candidates with equivalent technical degree and background in sales or commensurate industry experience with proven record of success are welcome to apply
Minimum 10 years of relevant sales experience relating to pumps, seals, rotating equipment and related systems with a minimum of 5 years spent in Sales Management role.
Excellent organization skills required to manage multi tasks
Computer proficient with Microsoft Office applications
Excellent presentation, communication and interpersonal skills
Open to domestic business travel
Reporting to the Sales Director of End User Sales, this position is responsible for sales for both seals and pumps in Thailand.
