Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Access and interfacing with an ERP system (periodically extracting data, automated data extraction).
Strong proficiency with SQL.
Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills as well as strong attention to detail.
Strong analytical capability and aptitude.
Demonstrated ability in process improvement, metric development and problem solving.
Enjoy creating solutions with varied approaches.
Lean and/or Six Sigma certification and practical experience.
Excellent organizational skills, including the ability to track open issues on a variety of projects with a variety of stakeholders.
Ability to plan, organize, and prioritize time and workload to accomplish tasks and meet deadlines requiring competing resources.
Demonstrated critical thinking skills and ability to develop and cross-functionally implement \"outside-the-box\" solutions to complex problems.

This Supply Chain Analyst will be responsible for analyzing data on supply chain activities, primarily purchasing and procurement, occurring at Flowserve’s operation in Raleigh. This position will drive continuous improvement in the organization. This roll may have limited procurement responsibilities as necessary but will be focused on implementing, tracking, and improving KPIs. This position reports to the Supply Chain Manager, is based in Raleigh, NC and does not have direct reports.
Create new and refine existing processes and methods for gathering and reporting data on KPIs on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis
Analyze data collected and work both within the department and cross-functionally to drive KPI improvement
Develop, revise, and implement procedures, standards, and work instructions
Develop robust Internal and External Scorecards and Dashboards to inform buyers and suppliers of their performance
Develop database applications to assist the supply chain department in meeting the needs of the facility.
Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field.
Experience with InfoFlo, Avante (or other similar Epicor system)
