Develop strong customer relationships and customer satisfaction by providing front line support together with local Sales Engineers. Spend the major part of your time with customers, (60% +) to build and maintain an excellent understanding of their processes and needs, identifying all possible SIHIdry Sales.
Ensure that the quotation management system (CRM) is continually updated with the latest information and forecast estimates.
Identify KEY OBJECTIVES each quarter in agreement with your Sales Managers, and which you are actively working on with the Sales Engineer, and where required actions and due dates are clearly communicated with all parties involved.
Facilitate the proposal generation for SIHIdry solutions working with SIHIdry Product Line and Commercial Operations.

Focus on your internal and external Customers to ensure they view and measure FLS (or if they are an internal customer, view and measure your Department) as responsive, reliable, consistent, and helpful in offering solutions and solving their problems. Ensure that you provide continuous feedback to platforms concerning Market Level conditions, and performance during contract execution.
Continuously improve technical abilities that demonstrate an in-depth understanding of product portfolio in order to address advanced customer needs and opportunities and command a thorough understanding of industry processes and applications in order to address difficult application issues.
Demonstrate understanding of solutions products and strategically cooperate with Customers and the End User Sales Team to develop and follow up SIHIdry Business leads in order to increase contract profitability and up-selling. Engage in customer processes towards reliability improvements (example Root Cause Analysis).

Significant Experience on Dry Vacuum technology. Demonstrate a fundamental understanding of dry vacuum pump applications and types, pump affinity laws and how these relate to pumps and pump systems. Have a clear understanding of life cycle cost principles and the ability to create value added proposals that differentiate Flowserve solutions against traditional first cost approach.
PC skills and experience with MS Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint). And knowledge of ERP/ IT sales systems (SAP, …).
Excellent interpersonal skills and strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in French. Good level of English is required.
In average this position requires 80% travel through France
